Accessibility Statement
SilverEdge Insurance Advisors is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone — including people with disabilities. Last updated April 22, 2026.
Our commitment
We believe everyone deserves clear, honest guidance when choosing a health or Medicare plan. Our goal is to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Meeting these guidelines helps ensure content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for users with a wide range of abilities.
What we do
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Screen reader compatibility — semantic HTML landmarks (
<nav>,<main>,<footer>), labeled form fields, and descriptive alt text on meaningful images. - Color contrast — all body text meets a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against its background. Large text and UI components meet 3:1.
- Resizable text — the Site remains readable when zoomed up to 200% in any modern browser.
- Reduced motion — animations are disabled automatically when your operating system's "reduce motion" preference is enabled.
- Captioning — any video content we publish includes captions.
- No auto-playing media — audio and video never start automatically with sound.
Assistive alternatives
If any part of our Site presents a barrier, a licensed SilverEdge advisor will provide the same information and enrollment assistance by phone, email, video call, or mail at no cost:

Ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuous commitment, not a one-time project. We regularly audit the Site using automated tools (Lighthouse, axe-core) and manual testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS). When we identify issues, we track them and fix them on an ongoing cadence.
Third-party content
Some content on the Site is provided by third parties (government resources, carrier plan documents, embedded forms). We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but will help any user access the same information through alternative channels on request.
Report an accessibility issue
Your feedback helps us improve. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion, please email accessibility@seinsurance.com or call (833) 555-0199. Please include:
- The page URL where the barrier occurred
- A description of the issue
- Your operating system, browser, and any assistive technology (screen reader, voice control, etc.)
- Your preferred contact method for our reply
We acknowledge all reports within two business days and provide an estimated resolution timeline.
