Terms & Conditions
Effective date: April 22, 2026. Please read these terms carefully. By using seinsurance.com you agree to them.
1. About this site
seinsurance.com (the “Site”) is operated by WWIA LLC, a licensed health insurance brokerage doing business as SilverEdge Insurance Advisors and SilverEdge Advisors (“SilverEdge,” “we,” “us”). The purpose of the Site is the solicitation of insurance. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Not a government entity
SilverEdge is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, HealthCare.gov, or any state Marketplace. SilverEdge is not a government agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. For all options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, HealthCare.gov, or your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP).
3. No obligation, no cost
All quotes, plan comparisons, and consultations provided by SilverEdge are free. Insurance carriers pay us a commission when a client enrolls — you pay nothing to us, ever. Our advisors earn the same commission regardless of which plan you choose; there is no incentive for us to recommend one plan over another.
4. Plan information and accuracy
Plan premiums, benefits, provider networks, and formulary details change over time. Examples shown on the Site may use illustrative numbers for clarity. Before enrolling in any plan, verify all plan details directly with the carrier or through the official source (Medicare.gov, HealthCare.gov, your state Marketplace, or the carrier's own website). We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but cannot guarantee accuracy at every moment.
5. Licensing and compliance
SilverEdge is licensed as a health insurance brokerage in all 50 U.S. states. Our National Producer Number (NPN) and individual state license numbers are available upon request or via your state's Department of Insurance. We comply with CMS Medicare Marketing Regulations, the Third Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) disclosure rules, and applicable state insurance regulations.
6. Scope of Appointment
For Medicare Advantage and Part D consultations, federal regulations require a documented Scope of Appointment (SOA) at least 48 hours prior to a personal sales appointment, except for specific exemptions. By requesting a Medicare consultation you authorize us to collect and retain a SOA in compliance with CMS retention requirements.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You will not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (b) use automated tools to scrape the Site beyond legitimate web indexing; (c) submit false information through our forms; (d) interfere with the Site's operation or security; or (e) use the Site to defraud any person or carrier.
8. SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messaging, you consent to receive SMS from SilverEdge regarding plan information, enrollment assistance, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Opt-in is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the SilverEdge name, logo, design system, text, graphics, photography, and code — is the property of WWIA LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal non-commercial viewing.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (carriers, Medicare.gov, HealthCare.gov). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverEdge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverEdge's liability arising out of your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, as noted in Section 3, is zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
